In May 2006 metroCode launched with a of the , an 18-month public art exhibit featuring the work of some of the world's most well-known contemporary visual artists. The metroCode-produced tour was honoured with a Gold Award for innovation at the November.
metroCode has also worked with a variety of arts and culture organizations, staging mobile promotional and marketing campaigns throughout 2006 and 2007. In the Spring of 2008 the company launched its audio/cell phone tour at the University of British Columbia, one of Canada's largest and most renowned universities.
